Files needed Tube of choice plus Flower tube

If you are going to animate then my RAIN file HERE

Open a new image 500 x 500 and floodfill with white

Pick a dark colour from your tube in the foreground palette
Pick a light colour for the background Pallette

Select your Preset Shape Tool and draw out a circle about 400 wide
with the line style as solid and the width as 10
Objects align - centre in canvas - convert to raster

With your magic wand click on the centre of the shape... this will select your light colour background

Now go to effects - Texture Effects - Weave and use the settings below
Make sure that your two colours are your darker shade of choice

Click OK... slections - Select none

Back to your preset shape tool and draw another circle about 300 wide
Same settings as before
Objects align - centre in canvas - convert to raster

Now choose a flower tube and paste as a new layer - resize so that it sits nicely in your smaller circle

Add a drop shadow to the tube

Now back to your preset shape tool.... this time line width 1 and background colour closed off
Draw a circle just larger than your first circle
With your text tool hover over the Vector Circle until you see the little A then click to begin
Type your saying of choice around your circle

When happy with the placement... close off the circle layer and convert to raster layer

Add your tube layer next and apply a drop shadow

Add your copyright information and your name to the tag.

For a simple tag you can now just save a copy as a jpeg or png

Animation Instructions

If you wish to animate the tag you can download the rain file I used

Close off your tube image on your tag and Edit - Copy Merged

Open Animation Shop and Paste as a new Image..... duplcate twice

Open the PSP rain file in Animation Shop

Click on the Propogate Paste symbol in Animations Shop

Making sure that both images are on Frame 1 go to Edit - Select All on both

Pick up the rain image in frame 1 and carefull place over the flower centre frame 1
The rain file fits exactly so make sure you do get it in the centre
If it is too hard to get it right them reduce the size of the rain image by 95% to make it easier

When you are happy with your animation go back to your PSP file and copy the tube layer

Paste as a new animation in AS and drag the image across to frame 1 making sure your select all is still there
on your animation.... test as save as a GIF file
