The background was made using the Bkg Designer sf10 III introduced to us a while back by Danny!! Thank you Danny I use this filter a lot.

The effect I used is ZigZaggerate, the settings I used are:

Zigs (X) = 60

Zags (Y) = 60

I just globbed the colors together first, and then Gausian blurred it before I took it to my filter.

And of course for the noisy sparkles I used DSB Flux/ bright noise (on Med.) and then went back and sparkled it using the VM Natural/sparkles
