Being safe online is important. One thing to look out
for is clearing your clipboard before surfing the web or
entering into a website that you do not know. 

Many websites CAN access your clipboard without your permission
you won't even know they did it. If you have sensitive or
personal information on it people can get that info.

Go to your START button then to SEARCH. Type in Clipboard and
search all files and folders. It should be in your "Windows"
file folder. When you find the folder it's in open it up and drag
it to your Desktop or Start button and it will put a shortcut there for you. 

Open the clipboard anytime and delete all info before going to any sites that you don't trust.

OR 
you can right click on your START button and navigate to 
your WINDOWS file folder. Open that up and search for the
CLIPBOARD. Drag it to where ever you want. This will not take it
out of your Windows folder it only put a shortcut on your desktop.
