First to get links showing under tags, go to
your account settings and then click on album...

You need to check links you want showing from there and 
Click on Easy Linking Mode.
Save...




After you upload your pics, Click view Library.
This is how mine looks with all the links I chose.
On left choose your folder you want to get tags from..
You will then click on organize.




Use Control and click on tags you want to get links for..
As in Above...
Or




If tags you want are all together click on first tags, then use Shift button and click on last tag
you want...As above..
At Bottom to right click on Link...





Should show Links above if you checked them in your settings..
If not then go back to your album settings and Check them...
Choose the link you want to use...
