I can't remember where I got this from but I've had it in my folder of handy hints just waiting to be shared.  

Getting rid of add on yuku

Tools/internet optioins/security/restricted sites/sites then add following

Partner.googleleaderservices.com

Another one

For Internet explorer 

I opened my IE browswer, and went to "Tools" 
Choose "Internet Options" at the bottom of the drop down 
Choose the "Security" tab 
Click on the red "Restricted Sites" icon 
Click the "Sites" tab 
Then, type in the URL's that have been posted, where it says "Add this website to the zone:" 

Here are the URL's: 

demo.scanscout.com/* 
scanscout.com/* 
pvideos.5min.com/* 
5min.com/* 
pfiles.5min.com/* 
*.5min.com/* 
vindicoasset.edgesuite.net/* 
*.edgesuite.net/* 

(I left out the * 's and it worked just fine) 

Once you type a site in, click "Add". 

It worked for me, thank god! 

For Firefox 

I figured out how to block them in Firefox using Adblock Plus. 

At the top of Firefox, click Tools>AdBlock Plus Preferences. 
At the bottom, click Add filter. 
Put this in the box that appears: 

|http://pfiles.5min.com/FlexPlayers/* 

Voila...no more intrusive video ads.
